Top 5 Resources for You if You Lost Your SNAP Benefits

Andrew Robinson, LCSW, and I collaborated to share some organizations and agencies that can provide free groceries and meals to keep the people of America fed.

Here are the resources and links to keep you and your family fed:

  1. Feeding America: Enter your zip code on the website to easily find food pantries that are local to you.

  2. Meals on Wheels: They are low on funding currently, but can help access for seniors, homebound individuals, disabled, and others without transportation.

  3. Salvation Army: This organization operates food pantries, meal programs, and emergency food distribution in almost every state.
