Here’s a list of resources from Melony Crayton, LPC, for those in relationship structures that go beyond a two-person dynamic (though those in a two-person relationship may benefit too!).


1. Lovers by Shan podcast

This podcast, by Shan Boodram Brady, helps you better understand your own sexuality and intimacy. From the website: “Lovers by Shan is an education-first space where listeners come to better understand their own intimate lives through the life lessons and expertise of others. This is a conversation card deck that gives questions and prompts to help build connection within your couple+. This is a 6-episode Netflix series that shows real couples learning how to enhance their relationships through pleasure and intimacy.

4. No More Fighting by Rafaella Smith-Fiallo

This is a journal meant to be completed within your couple+ to help you grow, communicate, and build connection. 5. Healing Exchange

This is a resource hub on all things relationship and sexuality, including blogs, book clubs, resources, and podcast episodes. Healing Exchange is also a private therapy practice if you are looking for a new therapist.
